Rerouting traffic during the painting of the guard shack and Canopy At the Las Cruces Gate

The Painting Contractor (Meraz Painting, Inc.) has agreed
to the following schedule on rerouting traffic during the
painting of the guard shack and Canopy At the Las Cruces Gate:
 
1. Starting on Off Fridays at 9:00 am all incoming traffic
is to be diverted to go Through the canvas canopy and Road blocks
will be lifted late Sundays of the Off Friday week end.
Outgoing traffic will be diverted early Off Friday and it
should come out through the commercial truck exit.  This
will happen on the off Friday weekends. The dates are as
follows; July 16, 17 & 18,2010 &  July 30, 31 and Aug 1 2010,
& Aug 13, 14 & 15 2010.
 
2. The contractor will also work on the guard shack and canopy
During the regular work week.  The incoming lane would be closed
around 9-9:30am And reroute all incoming traffic to go through
the canvas canopy. Road Blocks will be removed each day for
the following morning rush. The outgoing Traffic lane will 
divert all traffic to exit using the commercial truck exit. 
This lane would be closed early but would be reopened
around 3:00 pm to Allow all the outgoing traffic to exit
WSMR on a daily bases.
