WSMR STANDARDS:

• Identify 100% of Soldiers who are in the zones of consideration for senior enlisted promotion boards and notify them of requirement to have PQR reviewed and validated.
• 100% of PQR are forwarded to HRC Promotion Board to be validated NLT the date indicated on HRC message.

SUPPLIER STANDARDS:

• Commanders must ensure 100% of Soldiers make PQR review appointments.

PROCESS:

• AG identifies all eligible Soldiers and notifies commanders via memorandum and/or E-mail.
• AG coordinates PQR review appointments and/or sets up visits at MSC sites to conduct PQR reviews.
• AG ensures all PQR are forwarded to board on time.
