WSMR STANDARDS:

• 100% of Foreign awards processed and forwarded to higher HQ within 30 days of receipt.

SUPPLIER STANDARDS:

• Commanders submit 100% of Foreign award recommendations to AG 180 days prior to desired presentation date.

PROCESS:

• Commanders submit requests for foreign awards on DA Form 638, Recommendation for Award to AG.
• AG receives and forwards award via Decision Paper to CG for decision.
• CG makes recommendation, AG then forwards to Cdr, TRADOC.
• TRADOC cuts orders and prepares certificates for approved awards.
