The Army Community Service Office (ACS) is located in Bldg 250 on the corner of Rock Island and Dyer Streets. The ACS has a small lending closet for basic kitchen items, roll away-beds, and portable cribs. They also have hard copy welcome packets with several new and up to date information pamphlets. The ACS officer also handles the Army Emergency Relief Program for WSMR. You may access more information by going to the following http://apps.mhf.dod.mil and reviewing the Military OneSource webpage.

The ACS office also monitors and updates all families enrolled in the EMFP database. You will need to bring a copy of your orders, have an established local address and have your ID card in your possession. Their hours of operation are 0800-1630 and their telephone number is (575) 678-1502.
