TRICARE Service Center — located in Primary Care Clinic

  • Enrollment for active duty member and family members (if applicable)
  • Retirees, under age 65 and living within a 30 mile radius of WSMR, may apply for enrollment at MUSAHC.

Medical Records

  • Turn in health and outpatient treatment records if not already mailed in
  • Mini-Registration CHCS
  • MEDPROS check on Post Deployment Health Reassessment (PDHRA) date and schedule appointment (if applicable)

SICK CALL AND APPOINTMENTS

Active duty will schedule an appointment through one of the following avenues of access: TRICARE On-Line appointments at www.tricareonline.com, or by calling Central Appointments at 800-831-0919 or 575-678-1231. If you have questions or concerns regarding your medical condition, the Nurse Advice Line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 575-678-2882.
