General information

McAfee U.S. Army Health Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 0800-2100 hours. Patients with urgent care needs can be seen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

McAfee does not have an Emergency Room.

Appointments

McAfee offers TRICARE On-Line Appointments for Primary Care at www.tricareonline.com

McAfee U.S. Army Health Clinic Prime enrollees may now make online Primary Care appointments thanks to a web–based Department of Defense Military Health System known as TRICARE On-Line (TOL). TOL is a secure web portal designed to increase access to care for authorized TRICARE beneficiaries. Now instead of waking up early to be the first caller, take your time to go online at your convenience, any time day or night, consult your personal calendar, and book your appointment at a time and day that is convenient for you. When you log in and Selectyour primary care provider, you will see a calendar with available appointments. Selectthe one that suits your schedule.

Emergency Care

McAfee U.S. Army Health Clinic (MUSAHC) does not have an emergency room, we offer support services for urgent care needs. For emergencies, dial 911.

What is Urgent Care?

An urgent condition is an illness or injury that won’t cause further disability or death if not treated immediately, but requires professional attention to prevent it from developing into a greater threat. Examples of Emergency Care situations include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Minor lacerations
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Earaches
  • Migraine headaches
  • Sprains
  • Rising fever
