As an International Customer (Government or Private Industry), the Business Development Office (BDO) at WSMR will serve as your initial point-of-contact (POC) and Customer Service Representative to:

  1. Review the Scope of Work or Request for Quote
  2. Coordinate the WSMR Support Proposal / Cost Estimate
  3. Assist in the development of a Letter of Request to U.S. Office of Defense Cooperation and associated documentation necessary to provide support to an international customer
  4. Coordinate the designation of a WSMR test Sponsor. The designated Sponsor / Test Officer will be your single point of contact at WSMR for detailed test planning, scheduling, execution, and data compilation.
