This Annual Drinking Water Quality Report, or the Consumer Confidence Report, is required by the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). The SDWA ensures public drinking water systems meet national standards for the protection of your health. This report provides details about where your water comes from, what it contains, and how it compares to standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED).
